I understand that some of you are big fans, but if you are the guy using our name and content on twitter please stop.
We cannot allow someone to represent us falsely, even though they seem to be pimping our stuff aggressively. 
I have filed a impersonation report with twitter. If any of you use twitter please let the guy know we are on to him. https://twitter.com/NodakSpud We do not have a twitter account, nor do I have the time (or inclination) to participate in social media. I only joined facebook to straighten out some misinformation on the MAC page. |

Well, one good thing is he has already setup the page. Why not ask Twitter if you can take the page over since you are the owner and the official business. If you don't want to, you will still need to do a NoDak Twitter page because it wont stop anyone else from using your name and doing it all over again. Social medial is like the plague. Once something takes off is just keeps going.

You should go and do one that says "OfficalNoDak" or "TheRealNoDak" and wait to hear from Twitter. I would do this with all of social media sites. Its the best way to combat people using your name and trademark. |

they are responding to customers and all. I really hope its just a well meaning fan ,good decision to take action. I agree with others, you may need to create pages on the more popular SM sites to protect your trade name if nothing else.

Also, first time I've ever been on twitter. I had thought it was something like instant messaging! He stole the avatar and wallpaper from our facebook page. Plus, you know he isn't from Minnesota with the aggressive sales pitch.

I followed them on Twitter to see if I see anything or get anything from them.
We live in a world today that cat fishing isn't just for dating but for businesses too. If there is any social media outlet out there it is best that all business get their names and use them. |
