My Timney trigger did not come with trigger pins. I purchased Brownell's LR-28 trigger pins. Both pins have two groves cut into them, possibly part of a mechanism that holds them in place with a standard trigger assembly. But in the Timney trigger, the holes are smooth; there is nothing to exert any pressure on the pin, so they are not secured. What pins do I need to purchase for my installation?

Thanks!

The stock grooved pins will work fine. The Timney has two setscrews that will "tension" the trigger housing to the lower and prevent pin walk etc. Read your instructions, I think this is covered.

Use the standard trigger pins. There are allen wrench screws on the trigger that tension everything up. Check with the installation instructions.
