Will a timney ar-10 trigger work in a ar-15 lower? The hammer is alot heavier on the ar-10 trigger.

There is a 1# difference between the standard AR15 and the AR 10 trigger pulls.  I have one of each type in my AR 15's. They are GTG.

The Hammer is a lot heavier on the AR-10 group?

Is the extra weight/energy required to fire the 308?

I just dropped an AR-15 Timney into a LR-308 but haven't made it to the range yet to test.

Function test is fine.

Hope it fires, I can't imagine that it would make all that much difference.

Yes the AR-10 hammer is substantially thicker than my AR-15 trigger, if you have problems let me know maybe we could swap.
