It looks like you have a Gen 3 rail on the rifle. The DDF barrel has a much larger diameter gas block. Make sure your gas block isn't making contact with the rail. |

It’s not touching. I built it. It was the same disappointing accuracy with the PRI handguard. Swapped that upper to the Bison (Shaw) barrel and it shoots great. |

Worth a shot I appreciate the suggestions but I’ve literally done all of that, and more. At this point, it looks cool but that’s about it. I have other rigs that shoot so I’m not pressed about it. Just stinks a little due to the cost of the DDF barrel. |
