Exactly how much does rotating the front sight post (4 notch sight) one notch raise/lower the point of impact at 100 yards?

For a rifle length sight radius, approximately 1.25".

So with a 14.5 inch barrel (I forgot to specify) roating the front sight post one notch (click) will raise/lower the POI about 1.43 inches?
