I'm sure it's been asked before but I can't seem to find it.  What would I use if I want to touchup small scratches on a lower (Stag) receiver?  Is there a standard or mil-spec product that matches the flat black finish?

Thanks in advance

Thanks for the quick response.  Are there local-type store's that carry this or is it something you order online?

Midway or Brownell's your best bet...

On a side note... 'scratches' gives your AR character

I thought they were supposed to be scratched.  I thought the whole idea was to play with it until only to aluminum was showing?

Yes, yes.  Thank You, thank you.  I guess I can be a little anal about things like that.  Just put together my first lower tonight (a whopping 45 minute process - thank you ARFCOM), and the jaws on my channel-lock pliers slightly came through the electrical tape I wrapped them with while putting in the bolt catch roll pin.  It's just a tiny little nothing scratch, but I want it looking like a virgin ready to be thrown into the volcano when I take her out to shot the first time.

Battle wounds are fine - newbie building wounds are not Thanks again.

Gravel and Mud.

Besides, I have never been able to see the scratches when I have a proper sight picture.
