I got mine today, very simple fix, easy install. simple part snapped in channel in the selector nice and tight. To then install the selector you loosen the set screw in the back so it's barely in so it's easy to push the selector thru, and then tighten it once the selector is thru. He includes a nice extended ball end allen key to make it easy. Takes a few extra seconds to disassemble because you have to remove the rear set screw so there is no pressure on the detent, but again he includes the extended ball end allen key. I get it didn't bother some, but I hated that the selector went past safe before this fix. It was janky as hell and RB dropped the ball on that one. This makes this trigger pack perfect now IMHO. Bonus he included a new detent and spring that was slightly longer then the factory and give super nice solid clicks between positions which also solves the mushy selector feeling had. Datum machine works for the win. |

I just received my Stop Kit today and it was very easy to install. Basically, you remove the pack, remove the original detent set screw, detent spring, and detent and install the new ones. You only install the detent set screw a couple of turns so you can install the selector lever. Next, you install the modified trigger pack into the housing making sure it is centered. Next, you install the supplied stop plate into the left side selector making sure it is flush and there are no protruding edges. You then install the left side selector until you hit the detent. Look through the right selector hole and depress the detent while pressing in the left side selector until it snaps in and is flush with the housing. Finally, you tighten the new detent set screw using the provided extended ball head hex key. It works perfectly and actually feels like the real deal!
