I am building my first SBR.  I have a new Mega lower and I am installing a RRA lower parts kit.  I have noticed that the two pins, one for the hammer and one for the trigger, are different sizes.  One pin slides into the lower easily, but the other will not go in. In the process of attempts, I marred up my lower a little bit.  I have read of the RRA pins being out of spec, but this is my first time experiencing it.  I am calling the vendor in which I purchased my parts from.  Any other experiences like this or solutions?  Thanks gentlemen.

I just checked both RRA LPKs that I have and in both, all pins are the same size (.153").  Some kind of screw up some how.

Have you tried putting the pin that seems to be too large into both the trigger anf hammer holes in the lower? Its pssoible one of the pin holes is smaller than that other. I hope it is the pin though, thats a much eaiser fix!

The pin that fits, fits into BOTH holes.  The other pin doesn't fit into either hole.  I just called the vendor and I have new pins on the way.  Hope this is the fix.

Contact RRA first & they should make good on it at no charge to you. Sometimes things get mixed up in the kits by mistake. You're on your own about the lower though. Always place tape around any holes on the lower before attempting to install a pin that has to be tapped. However, the trigger & hammer pins should be able to be pushed with your thumb & always check the size before you try to install. This happened to me with a certain pin maker on one of my builds. I e-mailed them & waited for the correct size pin to arrive before I attempted it the first time.
