Try wetting the tube slightly with water.

Wet the tube with rubbing alcohol it helps a little. Then you will just have to milk it on down. Just pretend you're milking a cow....
My was a bitch and my hands hurt afterwards, but it will go on.

the easiest way is compressed air, just squeeze the end around the air nozzle and blow, it will slide right on. I had to install 150 of the damn things in one day, and being lazy, I finally came up with this, it works!
