I was wodering if there is some sort of mount that would allow me to still use my carry handle and allow me to put a dot scope infront on the grip area. Is there such a thing and are they reliable?

Yes, look for A2 carry handle mounts.

Goose-neck mounts. Should be no problem with reliability. Check out CL tactical he has some of good quality, or check out the ARMS stuff. I don't think GG&G, KAC, or Larue have them, but I may be wrong.
