After unpacking my PRI adjustable gas block today, and realizing the set screw was only to be held on by Loc-Tite, I set about fixing that.

I pulled the long screw out and replaced it with two smaller ones - one much longer than the other.  The small one is probably 1/8" or so - it's pretty tiny.  Just long enough for the wrench to go in there.

This allows me to put in the main adjuster with loctite and then set it, followed by putting in the tiny screw as a jam jut.  Since the loctite on the original little screw has set up already I can put force on the little screw without the big one turning.

This creates a hell of a mechanical lock that shouldn't shoot loose under any circumstances.  Backed up by Loc-Tite.
