Dumb question I just sighted my scope at 100 when I got back from the range I tighted my optic up just a hair more. That wouldn't  throw my zero off would it?

Did your groups stay tight, when shooting?

Was it tight and you made it tighter? Probably no difference
Was it needing to be tightened? Might
Did you forget to put any torque on it, when you mounted it? Yes

It was tight and I just torqued it down just a little more I have a horrible tendency to break things lol but I just confirmed it's fine

Maybe, regardless you should confirm your zero next time at the range.  Unless your mount is total trash or somehow broke or stripped a screw from your extra torquing, I wouldn't expect the difference in zero to be more than a fraction of an inch.
