last question - how far out have you shot with it?
Is 25 - 250 yards GTG with it? being that it will be on a 11.5 I don't see myself stretching out past 250+ with the carbine. |

Fuck that, mine does 1x and 3x. While it may not be variable, it is more flexible than an ACOG alone. Honestly, I don't like the magnifier much though. This I prefer and like better. The turrets, the stops, the extra light (due to bigger objective), the extra magnification, the clarity, are all top notch. I couldn't really ask for much more in a scope.. and putting out $3-5k for something German made just doesn't work for me. |

I think the OP should make an edit on first post to make a guide line for the "mini recce".
Gotta have a variable optic in my opinion but this isn't a damn clone thread is it!

Noveske Crusader 12.5" barrel with YHM QD mount Troy VTAC Alpha 11" rail Burris MTAC on a Bobro extended mount I'm thinking of putting on a stock with a bit better cheek weld. |

Those are exactly what I am looking at right now, plus a more upright grip. Am also looking at the LWRCi like RustedAce has. Then maybe a more compact light. Then maybe a new foregrip or bipod. Then maybe...
