Varying degrees of success on the match but a couple are pretty close without the shine. Since I had some paint left over I did a pmag and black DD mag. Paint is more consistant but I prefer the dyed ones. |

| All I can say is be patient and let it absorb slowly. The pmags seem to vary alot. The same process yields different results. Pretty sure I used chocolate brown on a MCT to do mine. |

Been a long road and a work in progress but after receiving my AEM5-30 today, my Mk12 type FDE collection is complete... at least for me. Only real thing missing is a Mod 1 (I don't care for Knight's). This is the completed version of what I call the Mk12 Mod 0 Heavy...  Hard hitting .308 Win with the hush effects of the AEM5-30. She's a heavy pig, but for the intended purpose, that weight will soak up recoil... a good thing. Here is a family pic with the Heavy, a Mod 0, and a Mod H. Wish I could find a deal on another MK IV 3.5-10 in FDE... I'm on the lookout.  Looking forward to cooler weather so I can stretch these guys out to distance and FINALLY enjoy the end results. |

Work in progress build, gonna run a TA33 ACOG and an offset RMR. Needs plenty of rail panel covers for that early 2010s aesthetic when everyone was covering every square inch of rail with those and a tan grip and stock |

Got this for $600 at Cabela’s lightly used. I had a $100 gift card so $500 out of pocket. Attached File Optic, light, extra parts, whole rifle has about $1200 into it. Pretty solid setup for the cost of most naked mid tier guns. Attached File |

I've had a fair bit of trigger time with a buddy's two piston LWRCs and always wanted one of my own. I grabbed one of this model, LNIB for $1K. The seller added LWRCI Skirmish Back Up Iron Sights (BUIS) Set. I may move a M600 Scout Light with Malkoff head onto her and then decide on an LPVO. I even like the color.
