Well guys i would just like to thank ar15.com.I was finaly able to do an ar15 kit.The lower is double-star and the m-16 bolt carrier unassembled was from impact.i got the 16"m4 upper from blackthorne.Only uppers available now.I had to dremel the upper a bit but its a nice tight fit now the rear sight was crap so i got a cheap red dot for it.The gun works grate,I've had it for about 2 weeks and put 600rds of monarch blue box and around 100rds of remington through it with no fte,ftf and no duds. http://i202.photobucket.com/albums/aa156/lockdun1/DSC01230.jpg http://i202.photobucket.com/albums/aa156/lockdun1/DSC01229.jpg http://i202.photobucket.com/albums/aa156/lockdun1/DSC01228.jpg http://i202.photobucket.com/albums/aa156/lockdun1/DSC01230.jpg |

Just wait for catastrophic failure. Blackthorne/hesse is complete shit. You should NOT have to modify anything for it to work on an AR. Hate to be the bearer of bad news but... I can't just sit here rreading the "nice" comments when blackthorne/hesse is the absolute worst thing you can get, I would much rather give my $ to a stanger on the street. |
| Going to the range tommrow to sight in the red dot properly. The service from them phone wise was bad never spoke to anyone but they shipped it the same day and the email i sent 'em bout never getting a tracking number was replied to within an hour.K now the upper finish was good the rear sight like i said bad.at fifty yards with my ability(low) was able to put 'em in a 4'' circle with monarch ammo but i got some winchester 5.56 to sight in so i'll put it to the test. |
