Sittin' here daydreaming about a possible new build and thought this might be sort of interesting... Hopefully Randall and/or bigbore might chime in. I'm thinking this:  but this (approx.) size:  Basically, a midlength MK12 Mod1 with an Ops Inc. 15th can and A1 stock. Now I'm not sure if a regular 16" middy (WOA SPR) would put too much space between the gas block and the collar. If so, then what length (non SBR) would get this the closest? I'd be ok with a perm attached ops. brake (if that's possible) Is this barrel already out there and I just don't know it yet?  |

stock mini mod 1 Just last week I built the upper as you described with a OPS 16th model for a customer. |
That looks like a blasted G5 baffle.
