Mid length upper help needed! > Rifles, Uppers, Lowers, Barrels, and more

Decided I have to have a mid length upper, anyone have any experience with the Cavalry Arms factory mid length uppers (I have a Bushy lower)?

What other's would you recommend?

there are a bunch of new/better(?) profile midlengths being offered by various dealers here.

like matt_b said a search would turn out with lots of hits

I did do a search. Nothing came up specific to the Cav. uppers except for them "possibly" using Sabre barrels.

CMMG should be able to put together a middie for you. They got some of the Giffman middie barrels. I just had them swap the M4 bbl on one of my upper for one of those bbls.

just about every dealer on the boards offers a midlength barrel of some sort.

most, if not all of them also offer custom build/install

They are very good quality uppers with mil-spec steel, chrome lined barrels and 5.56 chambers. Same upper we sell on the Scout rifles. We've had no function issues with them and the feedback from customers has been good...

I'm one of Rusty's customers and my middie runs exceptionally well. The barrel's favorite ammo is 62gr FMJ WWB. I am not disappointed!
