Swapped the SOCOM barrel for a 16in Noveske "Recon." The SOCOM shot about MOA (some groups over, some under) with MK262. Excited to improve on that with this barrel. Also got a smoking deal on a Colt lower locally, so now I have another full gun instead of just uppers splitting time on my SBR lower. Parts grow legs.

15.1 Lilja build... Shot 2 groups to confirm zero before ringing steel at 300yds Had the most ghetto bipod setup goin on. First, I forgot the AFG I had on it isn't on a pic rail section, but rather the AFG specific mlok rail, so I couldn't use my Atlas, and I could only put 1 of the bipod adapter bolts in it lol Then this specific Harris bipod is the cheapest biggest POS Harris offers (got it from my buddy 🙄) Anyways 1st group was off the bipod, and disgusting... 2nd was off a wooden shooting rest the range had. Took the Larue Grendel out to 1k yards today. First time shooting that far and expected to struggle a bit, but the ballistics app was dead on and I was getting consistent hits after a couple rounds to figure the wind.
