Hi everyone, I am working on my first build and recently bought a Palmetto stripped lower to start with. I have been reading through the threads, and have decided to go with a Palmetto LPK as well, but I am looking for some help on which one to go with. There are about 60 different options on their site, and I am just lost as to what to go with.
For this build, I am just looking for something to play with basically. Nothing too expensive, but I would like a clean trigger pull and something that will hold up for a little while. Any suggestions from options on their site? http://palmettostatearmory.com/index.php/ar-15-05/lower-parts/parts-kits.html Thanks so much, and looking forward to this build! |

I ordered this one last week ...waiting on arrival. Seemed like a good deal.

The Spike's Tactical LPK in nice. Get the most recent version with the new Spike's grip. Old kits have the G.I. standard grip.
go to: http://www.rogtac.com/lower-parts/lower-parts-kits-triggers/lower-parts-kit-lpk.html They have a nice selection and cheap shipping. My last LPK was a Spike's w/o a trigger and RogTac had the best price. |

Classic is well, their classic. I'd start there and suggest to stay away from any of the P-Tac, but then, I don't have personal experience with any of them either. But saving $10 on a bunch of crucial parts you will probably never change until there's an issue, just isn't worth the $10 to me. I've had excellent experiences with many different orders of many different components from PSA. Shipping on their complete uppers can be a little slow but they are GTG. Of course... YMMV |
