My Xm build is on the homestretch! I sent off my upper and buffer tube for reanodizing to Vic. Anyone know what the turnaround time is these days?
Now if I could just get a BCG w/o paying an arm and leg I'd be in business... |

feb 17 is 2 months, so i'm in for 6 weeks and counting! it'll be worth it , regardless. Hmm; in the past it's been a pretty reliable two weeks, but I guess I might have a new NDS-16A1 before I see the couple of charging handles I sent Victor on January 14th. |

Normally if your parts are preped for anodizing...ie stripped and blasted then he just needs to run them through the tanks. That shouldn't take too long...I would say 2 weeks. But if you are sending in a lower or upper that needs to be disassembled, stripped, preped, then ano-ed, then I would expect a few more weeks.
Quicker turnaround when ready to run through the tanks!!! |

How do you guys send return postage? I send him a money order for the cost of the services plus a shipping estimate that's high by a few dollars. If you're not sure what the finishing cost will be just email what you want done and he'll send you a quote, less shipping. He ships by USPS, or at least he has for me. |

Then just add that amount to the cost of the service you're ordering from him,. I just get a money order right there at the PO, put it in the package w/the letter of instructions, seal it, and ship it. |
