I am trying to install an M4 RAS on a new 6920. I can't get the F*#king thing on. It seems like there isn't enough room  on the rear end of the delta ring to get the damn thing to seat. I don't think the clamp is going under the flange of the barrel nut. Any help, suggestions?hanks
Fuck, got it....took the screw completely out of the clamp. I don't think it was setting low enough to allow the clamp to engage the barrel nut..Also hold your mouth right and cuss alot.

I had the same problem with my LMT. I got a friend to hold the delta ring down while pushed the upper part of the RAS while holding a screwdriver in the clamp screw hole to make the clamp go under the barrel nutt. It took about 30 min to figure it out

The clamp needs to be under the barrel nut...  you need to remove the screw and rotate the "prong" down
as far as possible and make sure it catches the inside of the nut as you rotate the top rail down.

Congrats, good thing you figured it out.

The KAC installation instructions says to remove the rear locking bracket screw before  installation.

It took me several tries by myself using a handguard removal tool before I finally got it in.

Same here, you just need to fiddle with it a bit and it'll go on correctly
