No idea who makes it.

Fluted all the way back
Brake is part of the barrel
A2 FSB was on it

It had plastic hand guards with a slide away piece that covered a plastic rail that I changed out

Did they make them with the "Y" comp built into the barrel? Thsi comp is a part of the barrel, it looks like one piece. That is what is getting me.

Yes, they did. It was a ban compliant thing. NYS for example does not allow threaded muzzle devices - so you had to pin a brake or have a bare barrel. This was their 'answer'.
