I just got my AR 15 back for having a new barrel installed. Took it out to test accuracy with a scope, it shot small groups, I'm Happy.

I take the scope off and try to re-zero the rear sight.  I have to max out the right windage to get it centered.....

The smith is out of state, what options do I have of moving the front sight?? Can the barrel be backed out to get the rear sight centered?  Thanks

Is it a fixed sight base? A2 style?
Or is it something like a four rail/custom sight base?

Some of the four rail bases are adjustable with little allen set screws.

Sorry it's an A2 style, I don't think the rear sight base can be moved ... can it?
