| I'm trying to be unique with my next build and am looking at the fostech echo trigger. Does it seem justifiable to buy at that price or just useless? Also, if I chose to go that route, should I get a nicer bcg? I have been looking at salient arms and they look pretty nice. Any input would be appreciated. |

I have the Frankford Binary trigger, if you want to shoot fast the binary/echo mode will let it fly. You can achieve true full auto rates with ease. It's also controllable from the shoulder like a full auto is. I haven't gotten to try the Echo yet, if they implemented a method to prevent hammer follow, then it will be an awesome trigger. With Frankford you have to keep cycle speed of the bcg faster than you can pull/release the trigger. That appears to be about 950RPM. I use a light weight carrier and sprinco Orange spring to keep my cycle speed high and foster the reliability I want. Here is mine running the Frankford trigger. PS. Reliability can be hindered by loose gas key screws, lol. |

Quoted: A Sig MPX would be a fun host, but for some darn reason Franklin Armory won't sell to OR, I have no idea why. We can have all the NFA toys here but for some reason we can't have this trigger. |

Oregon - 166.210 (6) Machine gun means a weapon of any description by whatever name known, loaded or unloaded, which is designed or modified to allow two or more shots to be fired by a single pressure on the trigger device. <snip> single pressure...being pull& release fix your state or move to a mostly free one

Although it is almost $500. |

Has to do with the wording of the state machine gun laws. They are illegal there. Quoted:

Kind of odd since there's a big machine gun shoot in Albany every year and I know of a few people with full auto. ETA: I guess the wording of the law states that this trigger qualifies as full auto, which is regulated. |
