Most people don't even notice the shadow that they see through optics but i had a quick question about it...

would an optic see more of a shadow, the closer or further the FSB is away from the objective of the scope?    I personal thoughts that are without knowledge would be the closer the less it would show up...  AGREE?

Further away, the clarity or focus on the FSB would be better. Sharper image = more noticable. But it would also be smaller in relation. Closer to the objective the blurrier the FSB will be. But it will be larger in your FOV. Make sense?
