Working on a couple builds and would like a little input. I already have the lowers done and ordered an RRA upper, but I'm already tired of the wait so I want to do my own.

Build 1: 18-20" precision with stainless barrel
I've narrowed it down to 3 barrels, which would you pick?
1. Nordic 18" in 223 Wylde -$264
2. BCM 20" SAM-R - $309
3. RRA 18" heavy barrel in 223 Wylde with lo pro gas block - $300

Build 2: 16" 300BLK
I'm going to use the 16" Rainier select barrel. I want to use MOE handguards so I know I need to get a front sight base, but what else do I need to go with it?

On build 1, I would go with the BCM, I would prefer a Noveske 18.5 SPR barrel but

the BCM is good too.

for build 2, A gas tube, Delta ring assembly, handguard cap and barrel nut.

For build 2, you do not have to use a FSB. You can really use any type of gas block you like. If you are wanting to use sights you could always use a railed gas block and some MBUS sights or the like.
