Hey guys, my name is Bobby i am 22 years old and i am building my very first weapon and just wanted some input from you guys

I live in CA so lots of rules!!!!

heres what I have so far: LRB lower reciever, DPMS parts kit, CAA stock and pistol grip

I am looking at going the easy route, I am considering a Stag Arms complete upper or a Rock River Arms complete

any suggestions, tips, advice would be greatly appreciated

Welcome Comrade BobJob my commi cali friend.

Make sure you use the bullet button and nothing more than 10rd mags.

I use the bullet button and freelock combination.

Use this and your GTG

Northern or Southern Cali?

this is too funny. Hello guys, I also like bob job am building my first ar15 and im 21 and i live in ca and my name is Bobby as well. I just picked up my smith and wesson m&p 15 lower and a double star lpk.

Wnat is the 'Bullet Button' ? Is it a CA thing?

I believe it's a CA thing where the magazine cannot be changed without the use of a "tool". The button is easily activated with a bullet, or similar item, and this qualifies as a tool...kinda like how the President qualifies as a tool only different.

one more reason to never move to CA. Kinda like why i wanted to move out of NY. Is it wrong to move to another state for less gun regs?

Received my lower today and put it all together and this is now where i currently sit with my build... (Magpul trigger guard is in the mail, thats why i dont have one in the current pic)

need to start saving for my upper!
