I know its just pics of a RRA stripped lower, but I'm really excited about my first AR15.  I just ordered a RRA LPK and 6 position RRA stock form Legal Transfers.  I also ordered a couple of C-Products black marlube aluminum 30 rd. magazines from Denny's.  I plan to order a RRA entry tactical upper, when funds permit.  I also plan on using EOtech optics.  The primary use for the rifle is home defense/recreation.

What will make life easier for the assembly of the Lower receiver?  I plan on purchasing roll pin punches, a good brass hammer and a stock wrench from Brownells.  Am I missing something?  Your suggestions are greatly appreciated.http://i107.photobucket.com/albums/m285/Senorx470/RRALower1.jpg

There is a tool that helps putting the detents in on the front and rear pins. That is a good one to have.

Good luck with your build, and post pics when you are done.

I'd press the roll pins in using vice grips as described here www.ar15.com/forums/topic.html?b=3&f=4&t=226782.  I think it poses less potential to marr/damage you lower.

Gonna look into the vice grip method.  Any problems you guys run into?  The assembly looks pretty straight forward.
