I'm new to the forum and ARs in general.  I've gotten the bug and decided to assemble my first AR.  Just looking for some feedback as to the parts I've chosen.  After doing some research, this is what I went with:

LMT standard flattop 10.5" upper
BCM BCG
Spike's lower
RRA LPK
RRA pistol extension
Standard CAR spring and buffer
MI ERS BUIS
MI quad rail

I was looking to build something that will be reliable and go bang every time I pull the trigger, without breaking the bank.  I was able to get in under the 1K mark (without optics of course) but I'm wondering if I went with quality parts.  What do you think?  Is this a quality build or should I have spent a little more cash somewhere else?

Welcome to the forum! Arfcom helped me build a fantastic pistol! Parts look good. I didn't see you name a charging handle. I went with a Gasbuster on my 11.5" build. The BCM/VLTOR Gunfighters look like a good option to match your bolt carrier group.

I just went with a basic forged CH from Spikes since they were on sale.  Other than the tactical latches, are there really any differences in charging handles?
