| Thursday I placed an order through BCM for a 14.5" pinned upper with their free bcg and 1$ charging handle. yesterday I received an email stating the shipping department needed to speak with me before the order could ship. I checked my receipt and address is correct and my card has been charged. Does anyone have an idea as to what this could pertain to? I know its a pretty opened ended subject, just wondering if anyone has received this type of email after ordering. |
| Well that is good to know that it doesn't automatically mean something is messed up with the order. It made me worry a bit today lol. I will calm down until I can call them on Monday to confirm everything is gtg. Kinda funny that awesome customer service like that is so unusual. |
