Hey guys I was wondering if you could help me with an electro-stenciling question.
Approximately how deep with an electro-stencil go? Would it go to a depth of .003" ? Thanks |

Yes you can go 0.003 deep but you need to use something for the mask that will not wear down quickly.
You may need to etch for a long time. If you can get to someone with a laser, paint the surface you want to etch then laser the text/image away then go ahead and etch. Depth is limited by mask life. |
