[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Ejection Cover Pin Problem

Just bought my first AR, on it I have a stag left handed upper and I keep running into the same problem after shooting. My ejection cover pin keeps sliding out and I have to slide it back every time I am done shooting. Any suggestions on how to fix this problem. Thanks.

It should have a 'c' clip on it. It fits in the groove on the pin and keeps it from walking. Replacements may be found at a local hardware store. BSW

Groove and install a C clip on both ends of the pin.

Buy a few of those c-clips too so you won't have to make a second trip.
