I've tried a bunch of different stocks including fixed, carbine, etc and am never satisfied. |

What options are there for faux dissy barrels? I was looking at PSA but they’re nitride and the barrel nut is torqued by a gorilla, Delton has one but it’s an HBAR which I have no interest in. |

PSA dissy upper I bought maybe around 2010? Came with round handguards but I added a MOE handguard, which I liked but then bought a blem Mk8 to replace a Mk3 (not mlok) so Mk3 replaced the MOE. I was planning on doing a slickside dissy but if it’s going to weigh more I’ll just keep it at 20”. I asked Mike at H&R about doing some lightweight dissy barrels, he said it probably won’t happen. |

Well my A1 upper arrived from our overlords at Brownell’s (just kidding guys, just kidding 😂) and I have all the parts for a 605-ish clone. Planning to use my PSA dissy FN barrel. True, it’s a little heavier than the original barrel and a mid-length system but that barrel is a shooter. Should be awesome. Thanks @3xpert I sure “needed” another AR ha. |

| Did one with a Brownell's (Ballistics advantage) 1 in 8, pencil, phosphate/Chrome lined, rifle length gas barrel. Used an A2 stock and Magpul MOE grip and handguard. Run fine both suppressed and non- suppressed. Only have 100 plus round through it but it's been 100%. Looks like the the other one listed here except I used a Silencerco closed tine ASR flash hider. |
