| I have a friend who has a Colt AR with a 20 inch barrel and carry handle, he would like to buy a flat top upper reciever and swap the parts over. Will any quality flat top upper work or do we have to try and get a Colt upper. |

First make sure of the front pivot pin size. Bottom of page: biggerhammer.net/ar15/uppers/ If small, any quaility upper will work.
