How far back does one have to go to get a Colt with standard pins (trigger & pivot), and no sear block; Green lable?

according to the book Black Rifle 2, it was with the introduction of the Sporter Rifles in about 1985

I say 'about' since there were a few made just before 1985 and many after it.

not sure of label colors

hope that helps narrow it down

my edit: sorry I read your question to be 'when did they change?" but I guess the answer is in there anyway

Colt does not have AR models with standard pivot and FCG pins.

From the start the SP1 had large pivot pins and small FCG pins, then later on when they switched to the A2 lowers they changed them to standard pivot and large FCG pins.

However there are very few ultra rare lowers that escaped the factory with both small pivot and FCG pins and I had seen some pics here at ARFCOM in the past.
