Below are pictures of all my AR's. The first was a complete purchased Bushmaster. Although I didn't initially build it, I have modified it a bit. First mod was the Houge Grip, 2nd was 6 Pos Stock, 3rd & 4th were the Front sight change to a Pre-Ban and adding of the Phantom flash supressor. The latest mod was the 4 rail UTG hand guard and YES it fits as tight a 17 yr old virgin on prom night!!  This next photo is of my first complete build. It is a DPMS lower with a DPMS LPK. The A2 stock originally came from the Bushy above. The upper is a RRA 20 inch flat-top with an A2 flash supressor. It has a Harris bipod and is sporting a cheap Leapers 4-16X50mm Mil-dot scope. Better optics will be coming, but for now the Leapers will work.  This next photo is the most recent build (finished it on Tuesday May 29th) and is turning out to be my favorite so far. It's a DoubleStar Lower with a DPMS LPK, 6 Pos Stock. The upper is a 16 inch middy flat-top upper made be Del-Ton, Inc. At first I was skeptical about Del-Ton but after getting the upper, it seems to be perfect so far. It has a removable carry handle with A2 rear sight. I haven't even fired it yet but will be hitting the range this weekend.  The final picture is the whole family together as it currently is. I have 2 additional lowers build and waiting for the upper halves. One will be a AR Pistol with a 10.5 in upper and the other will be registered as an SBR. Those builds will be done within the next 4-5 months.  So what do you think of my builds? I think I am coming down with a severe case of BRD! |
