I have been doing some dry firing and charge the gun often. Will the constant "slam" against the chamber by the bolt hurt the chamber or bolt over time? I heard you don't want to Ride the Charging Handle and just let it go. Any comments for me? Thanks!

That's when chambering live ammo. It may not hurt anything, but I'd be riding it if doing it a bunch.

I dry fire about 200x more than I actually fire, and my bolts have never failed me.

In my limited personal experience, it's not a problem.  It's probably more stress, but not so much that your rifle can't handle it.  If you're concerned, get yourself a MP tested bolt.

Dry fire with out a mag in the weapon and ride the bolt forwards. I don't like to release the bolt without a rnd to slow it down a bit, there is no need to, though I do not know for sure if it will or won't hurt any thing.
