Do I use Break Free CLP to both CLEAN and LUBE my rifle? Or should I use a different product to clean, and just use CLP to lube things up?

Cleaner Lubricant Preservative
You can use it for both cleaning and lubing, or just for lubing, and choose something like Hoppes #9 for your cleaner. The choice is yours.

I only use CLP
To clean my weapons and to Lube my weapons.
I do Spray out my Upper with BRAKE CLEANER FIRST

Break Free and powder blast are just about the only 2 products I use. Love em and around here they are cheaper than most other products. Sometimes I use Birchwood Casey's gun scrubber. But then lube evrything with CLP.
