What bore guide do you guys recommend. I am using a one piece Dewey coated road on a carbine length RRA.

Thanks.

Does the Dewey boreguide stick out any? Or does lock in where the BCG normally is? I am wondering because my Dewey one peice rod is 24" which is just enough to get by. If the boreguide sticks out any, I will not be able to clear the muzzle.

Thanks

Slides in place of the BCG and sticks out a bit(less than an inch) from the rear of the upper reciever.  Get the proper length rod.

With the Dewey rods, they jump from 24" to 30". I was hoping I think I can still get away with the 24" rod. Do you use a 24" rod with your Dewey bore guide?

I use a Tipton graphite rod that's 30" for my A2's.  No problems at all.

I bought a CJ Weapons Bore Stay.  I have not used it yet because I have not received my damn upper.

The Dewey 24" rod is really too short to be used with the Sinclair bore guide. It's way too short if you want to use a solvent port too.
