Just got a few 30 round mags in from Doublestar.
The body is 100% identical to a NHMTG mag I'm holding next to it, but the finish is more of a dull black than a dull gray. The follower is a little different in that it has the raised round molded in to the opposite side from the NHMTG mag and is bright orange instead of light green. The floorplate is identical but of course has DS's logo and information on it. Any ideas? Doublestar obviously knows but they ain't giving it up. |

I have to say that whatever they are they are pretty nice looking mags.
I haven't tried them yet but I do have high hopes for them. Like I say, the body is identical to NHMTG/Okay, and you have to figure they buy the springs and followers from the same sources others do so I cannot imagine why they wouldn't work well. |
