Here's a question for some of you experienced guys.  Me and my friend put together 2 lowers the other night.  Tac Innovation lowers with model 1 parts along with new kns trigger pins.  We took them out the range and one works flawlessly.  The other you fire it once and you have to move the selector back to safe then fire for it to fire again.  We were using the same upper also.  I took it apart and everything looks good.  Do I have a disconnecter or spring issue.  Would appreciate any input.  Thanks

Check the disconnector spring. Make sure it's not sliding to the side or being over compressed. Try swapping the spring from the AOK lower and see.

Confirm that the trigger rotates on the trigger pin outside the rifle without problems. Also which dry fitting the pin, install the disco with spring as well to confirm that the disco is free moving in the trigger slot (just has the spring tension from the disco spring).

Confirm that the parts have been lubed before they where installed, and the hammer and disco springs have been correctly orientation installed correctly. Trigger spring installed with the cross section under the forward/bottom of the trigger with the legs forward in the receiver cavity.  Disco spring installed with the large coil side down in the trigger slot.

Confirm that the leading edges of the disco sear, and the hammer do not have milling burs (use your fingernail to check) that may be catching each other, and not allowing a clean release of the two sears at rest.
