Just discovered freedom, and was wondering what the status is the AR15 pistol braces, such as what is selling on PSA website. Ya'll shooting them at the range with no questions or issues? Thanks |

Depending on your state, just join GOA + CCRKBA and put a stock on it. If you're worried about it being an SBR, just make it so. The court decision is obviously going to require some user headspace adjustments after decades of indoctrination. |

I've never had a range question me shouldering any of my AR pistols with braces. I just upgraded one to make it an SBR now that I have my creds from both GOA and CCKRBA. I don't expect to have any more problems with that one that I did with pistols. I will keep at least one pistol in a pistol configuration as I travel into Michigan somewhat often and the pistol will be GTG while the SBR won't. |

In Arizona we have, by law, state operated rifle ranges in every game management region. Around Phoenix it’s the Ben Avery range, one of the best range complexes in the country. At the public range at Ben Avery, the turbo Nazi state-employee RSOs have no issues with braces or FRTs. They will ask you to sit down and support the rifle on the bench to shoot in FRT mode, but overall the policy seems to acknowledge that braces and FRTs are 100% legal in the view of the state of AZ. Your Fudd range in a less free state may vary. If you shoot on BLM or USFS land off a trail that needed low range, out of Karen’s hearing, there will be no witnesses to care. |

What I did was taken a pistol and pinned and welded one of those kak extended flashhidee that makes a 11.5 legal length. Then I can put any stock I want on it. However I am in Virginia and when I had the pistol brace I never was questioned. I also never got questioned about anything else. Back when I had a suppressor I never got questioned by anyone. |

Living in Marylandistan, I have not had anyone say a word to me about my braced pistols at either range I frequent, unless you count compliments on the builds. As a member of the FPC, I am legal as long as my pistols comply with state laws, and they do. The 5.56 is accurate @ 200 yards and the 9mm @ 100 yards. The 9mm uses Glock mags which are plentiful, is great for home defense, and a ton of fairly cheap fun at the range. |
| That would be range dependant. My range is concerned about safety. As long as the rounds are hitting (and pointed to) the berm they're pretty cool with it. I would imagine a gun range in Hollywood CA wouldn't be as . . . accommodating. |

Thanks Only issue you might have is at indoor ranges which limit 'rifle use', which is more of a caliber thing than an AR15 pistol / rifle thing. So if you go to a range that is pistols only or has limited rifle days, you likely won't be able to use a 'pistol' of rifle caliber. But a 9MM PCC is likely fine whenever. |
