Is the TA31RCO-M150CP calibrated for a M4 14.4" barrel  or a A4 20"  ?

The TM advises that it is designed for the M4, M16A2, M16A4 and M249 SAW.
Trijicon Mil Div advised that the reticle was set up using the average of the two barrels so it would do well on all.  That would make the average length 17.25".
