Here is the suppressed test of the silver and brass colored primers tested at 200yds. 10 shot strings. Conditions: 69.4F 30.19" Pressure 18% humidity Bright but breezy. Elevation is 5541ft. Rifle: 20" Krieger match barrel with 4878 rds on it. MK4 LR/T 3.5-10x40mm scope mounted. Benched and shot slow fire. Labradar results: Silver colored primers: LOT 14260001 Ave 2893 ES 50 SD 15.9 Brass colored primers: LOT 14260066 Ave: 2849 ES 276 SD 87.7 Groups: https://imgur.com/a/FXxzFie Silver: ES 2.580" 1.232MOA MR 0.921" 0.440MOA Brass: ES 3.824" 1.826MOA MR 1.074" 0.513MOA Some notes: -So I used a Gemtech Halo GM for the can. It directly mounts to the A2 hider I have on this, so it's the same rifle as with the previous tests. -It was checked prior to shooting for correct mounting and checked with an alignment rod. -With the brass primers, I had a very whonky round thru the labradar. The last shot registered at 2637!!!!. The rest were in there at high 2800's. It tracked well, battery fine, no other shooters etc etc so I have to accept it was valid. -Brass visually looked good to me, no issues at all. -Ammo shot fine, it was your usual test. -Can looked great after test, no issues. So FOR ME AND MY EQUIPMENT, this ammo shot well. I shot it a worn match chamber and thru a can without issues. So, FOR ME, I'm not sure what to make of their warnings. Decide for yourself, if it'll work or not. |
