I like supporting the guys that support us....I get almost all of my AR parts and accessories from C4iGrant, Wes at MSTN, and Mike at CS Gunworks....All of these dealers have been great to deal with offer awsome products at outstanding prices, served with a large slice of customer service!!!!!! I've ordered 2 TA31s in the last couple months from Mike at CS Gunworks....I got both ACOGs within a week and a day or two after I got the ACOGs I received a follow up call from Mike asking if I had received my ACOGs and asking if I was satisfied with them. Now that's customer service!!!!!! Keep up the good work Mike!! |

| Well, I've not purchased from either of the dealers involved in this thread (just haven't had the money, and boy does THAT suck!). Anyway, it's good to see competitors actually being civil toward each other, and to discover that BOTH of them rank customer service high on the list (although I have dealt with a couple other companies here that do the same). The next time I'm looking for something, I know of 2 additional options I have. Grant and CS...Good job, and I hope you BOTH do well here. |

I just ordered an M3 light from CS via the EE. I saw their ad, and clicked their website address to place the order. They have a very competitive price on the light. 30 minutes after I placed my order, Mike calls me and asks how I heard about his company. When I said "AR15.com's Equipment Exchange" he tells me that he likes to offer special consideration to AR15.com members. So, I got my shipping upgraded to 2nd or 3rd day! : I just got my case from CS. I can't say enough about the service I was given. I inquired about a case, was told it would be in stock in 2 weeks. I said I want it and hold it for me, I hadn't paid a dime. When the case came in, I was emailed as such and paid for it. I had a rifle in that case a few days later. I want a good price, but I want timely shipping and no bs on what is available when. I'll definitely do business with Mike at CS again. |

I really need advice on what would best serve my intended application. I want something that I can mount on a flattop AR or a scope mount on a .22 for varmint control at night. The longest shot on our place is probably about 200 yards. I have no firsthand experience with night vision, but understand that each generation increases the brightness and visual acuity. Any recommendations? |

Both are top notch, and I feel fortunate that I have more than one place to shop at should one or the other not have what I am looking for in stock. Just wanted to chime in and say Mike is good guy to work with. Got me and my friend a great deal on some EoTech's and got them to us in 2days before a shoot we were going to. Only complaint was a with the covers. Thought they were included but apparently it was changed. We still got them cheaper then retail though which was nice. |

I like the personal touch he adds to his e-mails and the welcome he gives to new customers. I joined his e-mail list and he took time out to write me and welcome me. He asked me if I had any questions and answered back promptly while also providing me with a discount on the product I was inquiring about. Very professional, prompt and courteous. Mike at CSGunworks definitely lives up to their awesome reputation here [:d] He spent way more time with me on the phone than was warranted, I felt bad for taking up so much of his time for a small order, he then called back to follow up the next day! I'd list him with MSTN, C4Grant, Pete, BrightFlashlights (just a few of the ones I've had the pleasure of buying from) as THE vendors to buy from. I'm now not so pissed at having wasted my time ordering from tacticalshop.com, if it weren't for the terrible experience I wouldn't have looked further and found that CSGunworks carried the stuff I was buying. He treats me as if I were the only customer he had, such attention to customer satisfaction is hard to come by these days. |

Mike gave me a fantastic deal on an Aimpoint this week. This was my first transaction with this dealer.
