I've had several requests for this, so here it is. This target can be used to obtain an IBZ using an Aimpoint at a distance of 50 yards. The dashed lines on the target correspond to one click of elevation or windage on an Aimpoint at a distance of 50 yards.

But if I need to get close to zero before actually going to the range it helps me. And I just can't figure out why anyone would need a target with grid lines as above to sight in anything at 50 yards. You shoot, then adjust until you are zeroed. I've been sighting in scopes for 40 years and never needed to have calibrated grid lines. |

I personally do all my range work and target shooting up to 100 yards here at home. So for me its more logical to zero at the real distance . I do like the grid lines though I'm just weird like that. I don't need them but I like to be methodical sometimes for recording purposes. |
