But that trip convinced me changes were in order, so it went into the safe last night like this:

From left to Knight's SR-15 E3 IWS with Aimpoint; Noveske 13.7 Infidel with LaRue 13. 2" UDE kit mixed with FDE pannels; LaRue STEALTH 16" with 11.0 on my LMT/LCW lower and M93b; Teppo Jutsu 458 SOCOM built for my by Teppo Jutsu, duracoated Vltor A2 clubby. Whole bunch of mags.

My purchase from today. I've been building up an AR from a RRA stripped lower and NM parts kit. Had my upper on order. Went to CVO today to browse and shoot the bull and this thing was sitting on the counter. Instant gratification trumps waiting for the order! It went home with me. Added an RRA mount and Bushnell 3200 10x mil-dot scope. Going to the range to sight it in tomorrow. I guess the stripped lower I was building up will be my 2nd AR.

I've been a bit of a magpul junky recently with my gear. Here are my most latest setups
Bushmaster SBR Lower with RRA 10.5" upper (on top). All magpul gear (ACS, MIAD, ASAP, XTM, also Aimpoint Comp M2, Larue mount, Troy buis, badger charging latch, Noveske KX3, DD 9" Lite rail, and TD stubby VFG). 
Colt 6920 cut down to 14.5" by ADCO with perm attached Vortex flash hider (on top). All magpul gear (CTR, MIAD, ASAP,XTM, MBUS, also Aimpoint T1 in larue mount, BCM gunfighter charging handle, DD 10" M4 rail, and TD stubby VFG). 
Here are my Colts Top 6920, Middle 9mm 6450 SBR, Bottom 6940 
Now I'm just waiting on my paperwork to come back to complete my 10.3" Mk 18 clone. |
