I'm a Combloc steel fan the same way I'm a USGI Okay Industries alloy fan. They work, they work well, and they work for a very long time. I didn't get into commie rifles way back when for $300 a rifle to pay $50 per mag to feed them either

Just stock up on these Bulgarian polymer mags (with steel reinforced feed lips and locking lugs). Never once had an issue with them feeding either my Zastava rifle or my K-USA KR-103 rifle. | The Bulgarian Circle 10 waffles are super solid and never had a problem with them in any AKs including some Bulgarian SAMs. If you're referring to the older Russian aluminum waffle ones, those are definitely a bit fragile, I can totally see why they switched from them. |
