Hi there, my friend has a WASR 10 where everytime you rack the bolt or pull the trigger, the trigger pin drifts out and sometimes, the other pin drifts out too. What could this be? Thank you for any help.

The retaining hook is not placed right .Or get the Tapco retaining plate, easier to install.

The retaining wire ("Shepard's Hook") is not installed properly. It 's supposed to be in the groove just inside the receiver on each pin.
The wire is supposed to be under the hammer pin and on top of the trigger pin.
