Answer is No. The milled legends came much later March or so of 88 and were banned in 89 and was a Kengs exclusive to match the Russian type 1. Any Legend or milled Chinese preban you see with a spiker Bayo was altered after the fact. Do I wish they made a Vietnam type Chinese milled spiker? We all do but just

actually there was one from kengs personal collection for sale on gunbroker awhile back. was priced at 4000 the only thing that kept me from owning it was that it also had a scope mount on it.
the ad stated that it was given to keng by the importer personally. and was the only one ever imported |
